1General Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okada bet website and all associated products and services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo, and any promotional offers. By creating an account or using any part of the okada bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Okada bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. 2Account Registration & Eligibility
To register an account at okada bet you must:

- Be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.

- Not already hold an active or previously closed okada bet account.

- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of okada bet or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
Each player is limited to one registered account. Okada bet defines a "player" by their real identity — not by device or email address. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a violation of these Terms. In the event duplicate accounts are discovered, okada bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals of bonus-derived funds, and retain any bonus balances in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration. If your circumstances change (for example, if your mobile number changes), you are required to update your account information by contacting the okada bet support team. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus balances held at the time of suspension.

3Account Verification (KYC)
Okada bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when we detect unusual account activity.
Accepted Philippine government-issued identity documents include:

4Deposits
All deposits at okada bet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by okada bet, though individual payment providers (including GCash, Maya, and InstaPay) may apply their own daily transaction limits.
Okada bet accepts the following payment methods for deposits:
- GCash e-wallet
- Maya (formerly PayMaya)

- Coins.ph
- InstaPay (real-time bank transfers)
- PESONet (same-day bank transfers)
- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking

Deposits from most e-wallets and InstaPay are credited to your okada bet wallet immediately. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. Card deposits are typically instant but may occasionally be subject to a brief security review.
Okada bet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with GCash, Maya, or your bank for their current fee schedules. Any deposit that is returned, reversed, or disputed by your payment provider after being credited to your okada bet account may result in a negative balance on your account; you will be responsible for settling any resulting debt before further play or withdrawals are permitted.

5Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount at okada bet is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible — this is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not intended to limit your access to your funds.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being approved during normal business hours. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours, or that require manual KYC review, may take up to 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically processed within 30 minutes; PESONet bank transfers within one business day.
Before a withdrawal is processed, okada bet will verify that:
- Your KYC verification is complete and up to date.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements have been met or the relevant bonus has been forfeited.
- Your account is in good standing with no open investigations or disputes.
- The withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money balance in your wallet.
Okada bet reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000. These checks are a standard fraud prevention measure and are not targeted at any individual player. Players requesting their first-ever withdrawal may also be asked to complete an expedited KYC review before funds are released.

6Bonuses & Promotions
All promotions and bonuses offered by okada bet are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that offer only.
General bonus rules applicable to all okada bet promotions:
- Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the minimum deposit requirement for the relevant offer.
- Bonus funds are held separately from cash funds. Cash deposits can be withdrawn at any time; bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash.
- If a withdrawal is requested before a bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) will be forfeited. The cash balance will be processed normally.
- Okada bet reserves the right to void bonus funds and derived winnings if we have reasonable evidence that a bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose — including, but not limited to, low-risk betting strategies designed to artificially meet wagering requirements.
- Only one deposit match bonus may be applied per qualifying deposit. Free spins and cashback promotions may be active simultaneously with deposit bonuses.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
- Okada bet reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed the bonus and are actively wagering will be permitted to complete their play-through under the original terms.

7Game Rules & Fairness
All casino games available at okada bet use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every spin, hand, roll, or draw is determined by a genuinely random process — not influenced by previous outcomes, player identity, bet size, or any other factor. Certification is carried out by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent the statistical long-term average payout percentage. Individual player sessions will differ from the published RTP — this is normal and expected. Okada bet publishes accurate RTP figures and does not alter game configurations to reduce RTP below the certified levels.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the following rules apply: if a malfunction prevents a game round from completing, the bet amount is returned to the player's wallet. If a malfunction produces an obvious error result (for example, an impossibly large jackpot display caused by a software fault), the result will be voided and the bet returned. 8Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at okada bet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to the appropriate authorities:
- Registering using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity information.
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to play games or place sports bets.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

9Account Suspension & Closure
Okada bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. In the event of a justified account closure for a Terms violation, any bonus-derived funds will be forfeited; genuine cash deposits will be returned to the player using the original payment method after any open investigation is resolved.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the okada bet support team via live chat or email. Requests for permanent self-exclusion under our responsible gaming programme will be processed within 24 hours. Upon closure, any real-money balance (less any applicable bonus that does not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
Okada bet will notify players of account suspension by email where possible. If a suspension is found to be in error following review, the account will be reinstated and any missed winnings from fair gameplay during the suspension period will be honoured.
10Responsible Gaming

13Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okada bet's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. Okada bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or gaming revenues, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Okada bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. Okada bet will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or delays caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
Plain English summary: We run the platform as reliably as we can, but we can't be held responsible for internet outages or payment delays outside our control. If something goes genuinely wrong on our end, we'll make it right.
14Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the okada bet platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial body. Okada bet encourages players to use the internal complaints process in the first instance — the majority of issues are resolved quickly at this level without the need for formal escalation.
